Pat seegers
The founder and owner of Ascent Custom Homes. Pat is dedicated to building custom homes that are not only beautiful on the outside, but that are also well constructed with high quality materials and superior craftsmanship while also giving attention to every last detail. With over 30 years of construction and management experience, Pat will successfully lead you through your home building experience with an end result that will far surpass your expectation.
MIke Merkel
Mike brings more than 30 years of new home construction experience to Ascent Custom Homes. As a teenager, he started learning the trade from both his father and grandfather - who taught him both rough and finish carpentry skills. Mike served in the US Army for six years before returning home to work with his father. In 2016, Mike joined the Ascent team as a project manager. His experience in carpentry makes his knowledge of the trade invaluable when making the many necessary decisions on the job site. Mike's favorite part of the job is helping to bring to life everything that his clients have envisioned! When he's not on the job site, Mike enjoys shooting sporting clays, smoking and grilling meat, and spending time with his family.
Britney fowler
Britney joined the Ascent team over seven years ago - however, her love for the custom home business began long before she joined the team. Growing up, she always wanted to work for her dad (Pat Seegers). She loved going to work with him, visiting job sites and learning about his many unique projects. Officially joining the Ascent team in 2012, she's responsible for bidding and estimates, paperwork in the office, and some scheduling. She works closely with Pat and Mike to keep things on schedule - carefully organizing details and assisting in whatever ways she can. Beyond the job, Britney also enjoys spending time with her family, golfing, hiking and watching the Green Bay Packers.
